Refund policy
Returns: Because We Stand By Our Word
We believe in the quality of our gear and the values they represent. If something’s not right, we want to make it right. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 60 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange—no hard feelings.
Eligibility:
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging—simple as that.
• We don’t provide prepaid return shipping labels, and return shipping costs are your responsibility. Patriots take care of their own.
• If you received a defective item (it happens, but rarely), we’ll send you a replacement free of charge—no need to send it back to us. We’ve got you covered.
Pro Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or getting shipping insurance. While we’re proud of what we do, we can’t control the postal service. If you send something back without tracking, we can’t guarantee we’ll receive it.
Refunds: No Red Tape, Just Results
If you’re waiting on a refund, here’s how the process works:
1. Check your bank account—sometimes it takes a little time for things to process.
2. If you used a credit card, contact your credit card company. They can take a few days to show refunds.
3. Still waiting? Check with your bank about their processing times.
If you’ve done all of that and you still don’t see your refund, shoot us an email at info@conservativenation.co, and we’ll get it sorted out.
Important Notes:
• Return shipping costs are on you, and they’re non-refundable.
• We only process refunds once we’ve received the returned items. If they’re still in transit, sit tight.
• Unauthorized returns? Sorry, we can’t accept them. Be sure to contact us first before sending anything back.
Order Cancellation: We Know Things Change
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can cancel it for you—no problem. If it’s already on its way, no worries, here’s what you can do:
1. Wait for your package to arrive.
2. Ship it back to us.
3. Once we receive it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Unclaimed Orders: Don’t Leave Us Hanging
If your package gets returned to us because it wasn’t claimed, refused, or had an incorrect address, don’t sweat it. We can still get it back to you if:
1. You reach out to us with an updated address within 14 days.
2. You cover any additional shipping costs.
If we don’t hear from you within 14 days, your items will be donated to a local charity. At least someone will get to enjoy them!
